술

성경에 따르면 나는 술을 마셔도 된다

Proverbs 31:4-7

New King James Version (NKJV)

4 It is not for kings, O Lemuel,
It is not for kings to drink wine,
Nor for princes intoxicating drink;
5 Lest they drink and forget the law,
And pervert the justice of all the afflicted.
6 Give strong drink to him who is perishing,
And wine to those who are bitter of heart.
7 Let him drink and forget his poverty,
And remember his misery no more.


(사족: 어디서 듣기로는 King James가 첨에
성경을 영어로 번역할때 시인들을 고용해서 작업을 맡겼다고
하는데 느낌이 시 같기도 하다...)
